Itinerary
Hemkund Sahib begins
Day 1: Arrival in Joshimath
Arrive in Joshimath, meet our representative or Guide at Joshimath. Stay and dinner in Joshimath homestay/hotel.
Note: If you have taken the ex-Haridwar package, then pickup will be from Haridwar is included early in the morning from Railway Station.
Day 2: Joshimath – Govindghat – Ghangharia
Drive to Govindghat or Pulna and then trek to Ghangharia. Guided trek to Ghangharia. Night stay in Ghangharia hotel.
Day 3: Ghangaria – Valley of Flowers – Ghangaria
Trek 10 km
Trek from Ghangaria to Valley of Flowers and again back to Ghangaria (total trek is of 8-10 kms). Overnight stay at Ghangaria hotel.
Day 4 : Ghangaria – Hemkund Shahib – Ghangaria
Trek12 kms
Trek from Ghangaria to Hemkund Shahib and back to Ghangaria. Overnight stay at Ghangaria after Hemkund Sahib.
Day 5 : Ghangaria – Govindghat – Joshimath
Start trek from Ghangharia to Govindghat in the morning. Drive from Govindghat to Joshimath. Night stay and dinner at Joshimath hotel or homestay.
Day 6: Departure from Joshimath
After breakfast in the morning, it’s time to check out. Our trek services will end at Joshimath for the ex-Joshimath package.
*Note: If you have taken the ex-Haridwar package, then the drop to Haridwar Railway station is included in the package.
Inclusions
- All meals from Day 01 (Dinner) to Day 06 (breakfast).
- 2 Nights stay at one the best property in Joshimath (Himalayan Abode or Similar)
- 3 Nights stay in deluxe hotel in Ghangharia (Valle of Flower Holiday Home or Similar)
- All entry fees and permits whichever is required for trek.
- Qualified & certified trek Leader, Guide ,Porter and Support staff.
- First aid medical kits, stretcher and assistance.
Exclusions
- Any sort of Transportation
- Accommodation at Joshimath / Govindghat / Haridwar / Dehradun / Rishikesh is not included
- Travel Insurance or any other kind of insurance(Trekkers are advised to obtain applicable insurance on their own)
- Costs and expenses for medical treatment in case of evacuation or in case of any medical condition or emergency or otherwise for any reason
- Any accommodation, travel or transport (or any change/upgrade thereof) outside of the above itinerary for any reason
- Charges for helicopter ride between Govindghat to Ghanghria and back
- Hire charges for mules / porters / equipment if hired by trekkers for personal ride or extra personal luggage
- Charges for hot water at Ghangharia (Rs 50 per bucket). Hot water geysers are available in Joshimath
- Entry tickets to Valley of Flowers for foreign nationals
- Charges to carry camera/video equipment inside Valley of Flowers
- Meals other than B,L,S,D as indicated in the itinerary or charges for mineral water, other beverages or drinks
- Charges for helicopter ride, ropeway, chair-car or any sightseeing not mentioned in the itinerary
- Any expense of personal nature or any gifts, sightseeing, tips, offerings, Pooja expenses or donations
- Any drinks, tips for the guide, porters, drivers, etc
- Any other cost or expense which is not specifically included in the price inclusion
- Any thing not mentioned in inclusions.
